PAYMENT POLICY
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China UnionPay, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, Electron, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and CashApp.
All customers are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file. Full payment is due at the time of booking, and services must be paid for in full online prior to your scheduled appointment.
We do not accept cash or checks. If your payment method is declined or invalid, your booking may be delayed or canceled until resolved.
GIFT CARDS
Bubba Scrub Miami offers digital gift cards, which are delivered via email. Gift cards are non-refundable and should be treated like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or used without authorization.
Gift cards may be applied to any of our cleaning services unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., gift cards designated for a specific service). Please review the terms of any specific gift card before use.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $40 late cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made within that window, $40 will be deducted from your payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

PROPERTY ACCESS & RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Clients must provide safe and reliable access to their home on the day of service. Accepted entry methods include:

For security reasons, we do not recommend placing keys under the mat. Our team will not enter homes using unsecured or unsafe access methods.
Bubba Scrub Miami only provides cleaning services when the home is fully unoccupied at the time of service. If our team arrives and the property is occupied, service may be denied, and a late cancellation fee of $40 may apply.
We also reserve the right to refuse service if the property does not have essential utilities such as electricity, lighting, or running water, or if it is deemed unsafe for our staff to perform their duties.
PROPERTY DAMAGE & ACCIDENT POLICY
At Bubba Scrub Miami, we treat every home with care. However, in rare cases, accidents may occur. If you have any fragile, irreplaceable, collectible, or high-value items, we kindly ask that you store them securely prior to your scheduled cleaning to avoid any damage or loss.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

Items that are already broken or in disrepair

Improperly mounted fixtures, TVs, fans, wall art, or shelving

Unsecured valuables, antiques, or delicate surfaces
If accidental damage occurs during service, our team will notify you immediately. If you notice damage we may not be aware of, you must report it to Bubba Scrub Miami within 24 hours of the service for consideration of reimbursement.
We reserve the right to deny reimbursement if these conditions are not met, or if it is determined that the damage falls under the above exclusions.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY
Because cleaning is a personalized and subjective service, Bubba Scrub Miami does not offer refunds. However, we proudly stand behind the quality of our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We will gladly return and re-clean the specific area(s) in question at no additional cost.

CLEANING SCHEDULING & SERVICE STRUCTURE
At Bubba Scrub Miami, we aim to provide consistent, high-quality service. While we cannot guarantee the same cleaner for every visit, rest assured our team is made up of experienced, detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about caring for your home.
If our team determines that more time is needed than originally estimated, we will reach out to you before proceeding. Any additional time will only be added with your approval, and additional charges may apply.
We offer one-time services as well as recurring cleaning plans. Whether you start with a deep clean or essentials-level service, the choice to transition into a regular maintenance schedule is completely up to you — and can be selected at the time of booking.
ARRIVAL POLICY
At Bubba Scrub Miami, we strive to honor your time and provide service exactly when scheduled. We offer specific appointment times rather than arrival windows. Please ensure the property is accessible at your scheduled time, as our team may be on a tight schedule with other clients throughout the day.
While we make every effort to arrive on time, unforeseen delays (e.g., traffic, parking limitations, prior service running over) can occasionally occur. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you live in a condo or apartment, service time begins when our team arrives at the building, not the unit, as time may be required for entry via front desk, elevator wait times, or parking access.
As all services are prepaid, it's important to ensure access and conditions are ready at the scheduled time to avoid any service disruption.
CLEANING SUPPLIES & SPECIAL REQUESTS
Bubba Scrub Miami provides all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to perform our services. We use eco-friendly, professional-grade products that are safe for your home and family.
To ensure consistency and quality across all homes, we do not accept special product requests, except in cases where a specific product must be used for medical or allergy-related reasons. In such cases, the client must contact our office directly at 305-988-1250, and the request must be approved in advance by a Bubba Scrub Miami manager.
Please note that unapproved products will not be used during service.
